Fisher Hydraulic Pump Security Lock # 20910K.

The pin section is 1" x 3" and could be used for other applications, it is a very heavy pin. 

This lock is used with the original Minute Mount system. It prevents theft of your snowplow pump. In some areas these pump have become an item that gets swiped. The locking pin replaces the bottom clevis pin on the Power Pack and the bracket prevents removal of the bottom lug from the unit. It is a good idea, a small investment that may prevent you looking for a new pump.
